Vermont Veteran Services provides services for Vermont veterans and their families including:

      • Homelessness Prevention
      • Peer Services
      • Jail Diversion
      • Linkage to Treatment Options
      • V.A. Benefits Counseling & Assistance
The VVS Supportive Services for Veteran Families grant, funded through the V.A., is a statewide program serving very-low income veteran families who are literally homeless or at imminent risk of losing their housing. The VVS Jail Diversion/Trauma Recovery grant, funded through SAMHSA and the Department of Mental Health, is a statewide program to divert veterans who are facing incarceration from jail by linking them to treatment and services for trauma-related issues and co-occurring conditions.
